Nice to see that you posted this article on my birthday, thanks for the reminder that I am dying :-)…

I desire to be grateful for every moment I have, but often find myself in the grass-is-always-greener-on-the-other-side mindset. It saddens me.

I did however, spend a few days at a cottage on Lake George last summer, dark, dusty, piled with books, limited plumbing – first time I ever used an outhouse. I enjoyed those few days, the grass was perfect where I stood.

Wow! What a post. What great writing. What thoughts. And exactly how old are you again? Seriously…if I remember correctly, you aren’t that old but you seem to have a very old soul.

And by the way, if you watch a lot of poker like I was forced to, Phil Hellmuth is kind of a jerk so it is OK to not feel sorry for him. : )
